My Anchor
You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.

Sysco
My work at Sysco is where creativity meets complexity. I lead software implementations that modernize pricing across Canada, projects that directly shape margin growth and efficiency. What keeps me energized isn’t just the numbers, but the challenge of solving puzzles with people at the center: making technology stable, practical, and widely adopted by its users.
2022
Before joining Sysco, I made space for myself to grow in unexpected ways. I traveled, volunteered to teach in Vietnam, and picked up a camera along the way. That year reminded me that giving back can be just as transformative as any career milestone. It deepens empathy, patience, and a sense of purpose. I also began experimenting with YouTube, turning curiosity into creative expression, and learned that leadership isn’t just about delivering outcomes, but connecting with people through shared experiences.

2020 - 2021
Alert Logic
I learned that customer service is more than closing a project on time; it’s about building trust that lasts long after the deployment is done. Delivering security solutions worth millions gave me pride, but what stuck with me was the value of relationships — listening to customers, anticipating their needs, and walking alongside them through change.

Whole Foods Market
Working on the Prime Now rollout was like standing at the intersection of two very different worlds. Whole Foods and Amazon brought different cultures, different rhythms, and different definitions of success. Together, we launched in over 90 stores, a feat I’ll always be proud of. But it left me with a question I still think about: what does success mean if it isn’t sustainable?

2017 - 2018
H&M
When I first walked onto construction sites at H&M, I felt out of place. Telling professional electricians how to wire for corporate standards wasn’t exactly what my younger self imagined doing. But those moments taught me resilience, confidence, and the importance of enforcing standards to make growth repeatable. I learned how to read blueprints, speak the language of vendors, and see how disciplined systems can fuel $5M of sales growth per store.

Verizon
My career story began at Verizon, straight out of college at USC, and into a Leadership Development program that took me through four cities in four years. I cut my teeth on IT infrastructure and supply chain projects, learned the grit of modernization work, and felt the pride of contributing to real business impact. And just as important, I grew personally; building friendships across cities, learning how to adapt to change, and realizing that careers aren’t just built on skills, but on the people you meet along the way.
